Owls are a favourite subject matter for Tim Cotterill. Having sculpted them since 1972, he is fascinated by their beauty, character, and personality- and reminds us that, remarkably, they are the only birds with forward facing eyes. SHACKLETON, a barn owl, is the first owl of 2022 to join the Cotterill Parliament.
